Water Leaks

Is there any one that has had the problem of water on the drivers side floor ??
I have pulled the vent panel, carpet and padding. The leak seems to be a tiny trickle from a seam in the body panels at the top of the dash, where the firewall meats the dash. Seems to be directly the wiper drive arm tunel. has any one expieranced this ??
If so....... Any ideas on how to stop the waterworks. !! Truck is fine and I want to keep it that way !
