Getrag question ???

While doing a re-torque of all things hexagonal under my truck, I noticed that a bolt on the driver's side of the Getrag-mid case was backed out about a thread and a half. This bolt is just behind the power take-off cover. The '91 service manual has nothing on this transmission.......much appreciated-thanks
