Parts to install BHAF

On my truck, there's a K&N filter attached right to the turbo inlet. The PO had taken the original air intake stuff out and no longer has it. Is there some kind of aftermarket air intake that would allow me to install the BHAF? I can't seem to find anything in the local junk yards to get parts from.
