16cm installed

installed a 16cm housing yesterday and lost 4 lbs of boost. throttle response is better. how do i get some boost back? i still have a leaky head gasket so i can't crank the pump up as much as i'd like. will probably do the head gasket next weekend along with the valve springs and gov springs.
oh by the way i smoked an excursion on the on ramp on my test drive
