ill transmission

the transmission in my truck finally took a dump. it pops out of fifth gear when i let off and the push the accelerator again. it will also pop out of second gear when im just rolling through a parking lot. what does it cost to put a new transmission in one of these. 1990 4x4 with a five speed.

1994 2500 Cummins, Auto trans, 4x4 boost,trans, and pyro gauge, ladder bars, pump turned all the way up, 4000 rpm spring, heavy duty intake and exhaust valve springs, 12mm head studs, laser cut delivery valves, DDP extrude honed injectors 150hp, Phat Shaft 66 turbo Goerend built transmission.
