Truck wont go in Gear!!!! NV4500 conversion Issue

OK I get everything done. Tranny is in T-case is in. Everything is buttoned up. I go to fire up the truck to take it for a quick drive and the truck wont go in gear. Ok....so I turn off the truck it goes into gear off. If I turn on the truck with it in gear it moves.

So what did I do wrong?

I can look through the belhousing and see the Throwout bearing working on the PP. Everything looks ok. Could it be that the throw out bearing just isnt going in far enough to the PP?

Let me know guys......I'm sure I did something wrong.
