Where's my fuse box?

As you guessed, I don't have a manual yet...

And I placed a little spring in the ashtray, and it fell into the cigarette lighter socket, and blew the fuse to the cig. Lighter. Now I can't charge my cell phone.

Also, the backup lights don't work. Any suggestions where to start?

I have a little voltmeter.

Thanks for answering some rather lame questions... I really need to buy a manual, instead of bothering you.
