Almost stock 1st gen Dodge meets newer Ford.

Had to run to Grass Valley this morning. On a long grade leaving Penn Valley a newer Ford pulled by me about 70 mph. Slowly caught him and he just kept going a little faster. After about 15 seconds he backed off. I was running about 42lbs of boost and egt was at 1000. I rolled it back down and he came by me and motioned for me to pull over. We stopped and he asked me what my egt was. I told him it was about a thousand. He said his gauge was pegged. I didn't ask him how high it went. Told him I had a hybrid turbo, didn't tell him I had a Bht3b under it. Said he had a chip and did 370 hp. Told him I didn't know what a chip was and thought I was around 300. We went on our seperate ways. I will probably go to go to hell for lying, but the puzzled look on the guys face was worth it. It sure is nice to have the old girl back on the road.
