Nv5600 Swap

great news, my father in law's 2001 r3500 just had the front end ripped off by a tahoe that ran a stop sign

(don't worry- he's ok). he got the truck back from the insurance co. and now there's a 6-spd within reach. my question is what do i need to pull off his truck to complete the swap. the rest of the drivetrain is for sale also if anyone's interested.
