I know I don't have a first gen anymore... but I like this forum more than any of the others.

Having said that, I would recommend the NV5600 to any of you first genners out there who want to get rid of their G360.

I just traded my truck truck in for another 02 but with a six speed (it's the exact same truck as my old one, same color, same configuration... but with a few more options). I got sick of the weak, expensive auto... I missed rowing. The NV5600 wasn't nearly as notchy or sluggish as I would have expected.

I'm sure Marty1 can attest to this...

Has anyone started producing a first gen NV5600 conversion kit yet?
