2nd Gen 40-20-40 seat in reg cab 1st Gen

I took the plunge. I am putting a new(er) seat in my 91 to replace the mid 80s Ford seat in there now (that sinks 4-5 inches when I sit my lard butt in it). I was driving down from Jackson yesterday, and stopped at a junkyard/ body shop and looked at the seat in a wrecked half ton 94. Seat is in good shape, save needing a shampoo job, and the right side of the driver's seat needs to be realigned. No big deal to fix. Even has the lumbar adjustment. I took some pics of the set up of it. It would have gone much smoother if the passenger door could have opened more than 6" but I still got what I needed to measure.
You need 3/4-1-1/2" of lift in the rear to make up for floor pan differences, and you will have to drill new holes all around. Still, considering a NEW seat from JC Whitney is over $1000, I can do a little creative engineering.
