Firestone wheels??

Been looking for a couple stock steel wheels. Spotted a 1984 D250 in a local yard. The doorjamb said it should have 16.5's on it, but it had 16's. Must have been put on later. Between the lugs the wheels have a pentastar, as you'd expect. Around the rim is stamped "Firestone" and "16x6." Anyone seen these before? Questions:

1. Would they be suitable for a 1992 D250 turbo diesel?
2. Would the stock wheelcovers fit?
