Need Help Installing Stacks

A member stopped and asked about installing stacks onto his 93. I'd also like a set of shorties on my D250. The question is how!?

The first generation truck's have a frame cross member that I'll have to cut parts away..........not (too) big of a problem (I hope?)

Then, Dodge went and welded a cross member support to the underside of the bed, right where the 4" pipe comes up through

What the hecK???!!! Do I want to cut away all this material from under the bed and frame cross member???
