Purchasing a new Dash Cover

My dash is staring to crack and break into pieces. Has anyone replaced theirs and if so where did you buy the replacement at. Were you happly with the quality of the replacement?

I searched the forum, it sounds like this will be no easy task. Thank you for any guidance you can give.
