low pressure fuel lines

Does any one know were I can get them? Mainly the one inbetween the filter and the injection pump. Or, better yet can I make my own? What thread is in the pump, standard pipe? metric pipe? compresion? Also were could i get a banjo fitting to make my own line? Any help would be great.
