flywheel up grade questions (size)

ok
it seems i have ran out of input on my getrag post
i was haveing a wonderful saturday drive.....

so i will try this one and see what i can get with this one......
i dont know if it will be a nv4500 or getrag but untill than
should i up grade flywheel if so what should it get/do
do i want to have a roller polit bearing installed if so
does anyone have part number and instructions or
should i just keep the bushing ? should i go to
a larger size flywheel and bearing ?
for now the truck is mostly stock but i do
tow from time to time.
