Getrag noise?

My tranny or clutch has made a weird noise ever since I bought the truck. It only does it when it is hot and idling in neutral. I thought me rebuild would fix it but it didn't and now it's starting to bother me. The rebuild quieted it down. Does anyone else have this noise?
