Buy the hardware kit!!!!

There has been a lot of talk about brakes lately, and as you can see, you need to buy the new hardware kit when you put shoes on. I checked my file and in '03 I put new shoes on, but for some reason unknown I didn't replace the hardware kit. So instead of spending the $20 then, it cost $20 for the kit, however much for the seals, drum turned, and I got all ready to put back together and found that my outer bearing was shot. So I think it was around $125, all for that stupid little spring.
