need a spare for the '92

I hadn't mentioned it until now but i need a spare for the 92, what will work and where might be a place to get one, junkyard etc...
any info is greatly appreciated, i have only had 2 flats in my entire life and both were here at home, guess im lucky anyways just for piece of mind i need that extra tire in case it does happen.

1968 AM General M35A2 6x6 (2.5 ton truck), so to be transplanted with new LDT 465- 1C engine( diesel of course)
11/28/05 1992 12V, W250, 5 speed,4X4, lwb has power mirrors, windows, locks, sliding back glass and Cruise control.
