brakes.. again

i either don't ahve any luck with brakes or it's just my truck. i replaced the master cylender last march and now the brakes are fadding and when i press the brakes down hard the brake warning lights come on both of them. i'm kind of worried because i'm driving really fast to fire calls and i would like to have dependable brakes under me. i went back to the dodge dealer and they reorded me another rebuilt master cylender. no cost to me because it's still under warranty. is there any other problems that i should check? i have never gotten these brakes right. are those warning lights warning me about something else??
