Big Deal!
Well it's a big deal to me any way. My oil pressure and temp. gauges aren't working. I have some mechanical gauges from another project I can slap on till I fix whatever is wrong with the stock gauges or sending units.
My Question is:
- Where is the temp sending unit? Is it in the block or the head can't find it.
I found 2 sending units on top of the cylinder head between the grid
heaters and back of block These have
to do with the pre-heat. I unpluged one and wait to start light flashes.
-Where is the sending unit for oil pressure. right now I am running from a
1/4" pipe thread above filter (cross country) and I would like to find and
fix whatever is wrong
- If anyone knows how to trouble shoot or test the gauges or sending units
please let me know
Thanks a lot no gauges is no fun
