Possibly parting out a '90 dodge

I'm looking at getting a 1990 power ram and using the Engine and tranny and T-case for a project truck. The rest of the truck looks straight and just seems to need paint. I'm just wondering if anybody would be interested in some of the parts I'm not using. Also what kind of life span are you guys seeing out of your trucks before they need an overhaul. The truck currently has 185K and will probably see an Engine and transmission complete overhaul in summer 2007, and not much driving before then.
