Sticking odometer
My odometer seems to have a mind of it's own. It works only when it wants to. Sometimes reseting the trip odometer will get things going, sometimes turning the truck off then on works, and still others a good smack on top of the dash gets it going. Doesn't seem to be sticking at any one number, it just up and quits. What type of lube would I use back there to get things going again? Or do you think it's something else.
I'm redoing the instrument panel this weekend so I thought I would dig into this.
TIA
Tom
