Fluids Question

Hello all, I'm posting for a good friend of mine that recently bought a '93.
I have limited access to the computer right now, or I'd do a search, so thanks for any help and understanding.
We want to change his diffs, t-case, and trans (5-spd)
Need opinions on weights, brands, any recommended additives, etc.
