Pump Adjustment and Fuel Mileage

I remember a thread concerning pump tweaks and fuel mileage. Unfortunately I can not find it now. Does anyone else remeber the thread and would be able to give me an idea of what to search for. If I am not mistaken Pastor Bob wrote a long sermon in this thread. Any help would be appreciated.
