Help! It's missing

My 92 w/112K has developed a miss. It has happened twice while the motor was warm and accelerating. This AM while going to work it did it again it just skips a beat for a 1/2 a second and then picks back up. It also has lost power. I drive from Blue Ridge GA. to the Atlanta Airport about 110 miles 10 times a month. I set the cruse control a 70 MPH and sit back and wait. Usually the truck never drops belw 70 mph regarless what ever hill the truck pulls. But this morning the truck bogged down below 65 mph. I was expecting the transmission to downshift but the truck topped the hill before the transmission kicked down. I babied it to get to work, but when I got to where I didn't mined walking to work if I had to. I gave it all it had, it was slow to accelerate and only topped out at about 72 mph. Before it got sick it would run about 92 mph w/410 gears.
