Misc Questions for Portland, Oregon members

All,

Any one in the Portland/Vancouver area that would be willing to help me with a few questions that need "hands on" evaluation?

For example: Had my '91 (supposed to be a '91.5) for about a year now and have had several comments from places like Cummins NW that my IC setup "ain't stock".

Also looking for help fixing the KDP problem.
