Bell Housing Identification

Does anyone know if the lst Gen trucks use an SAE 3 bell housing?

1997 Aqua/White 3500 DRW, 3:54 rear, auto, 2 wh drive, ext cab, MorRyde suspension, 3 pillar gauges, KDP dead, TST #8 plate = 230hp, 605 ft lbs torque, borgeson shaft, Air Lift rear bags with in cab controller
