My new to me 92 W250

As some of you know I was trying to decide whether to convert my 93 W250 from an auto to manual transmission or buy another truck with a manual transmission. Well I found a fairly nice truck with a manual transmission.
It only has a 190k on the ticker and needs the usual items like door hinge pins, borgeson (installed this weekend) and a new seat.
Here is picture of the truck...

1992 W250 LE Reg cab, G360, 3:55 gears w/LSD, Borgeson steering shaft, PSC steering box, Benz Spring Co. 2.5" lift in front, Cooper Discover 235/75 R16 tires on stock wheels and Line-X bed liner. 193K on the clock.
