Belt Tensioner from NAPA?

Anyone using a belt-tensioner from NAPA-lifetime warranty {whose life?}, (made in Korea). Geeezz, my brides whole car is made in Korea

I'm just wondering about the quality

It started screeeching real bad Friday, too late to get to the Cummins Shop, and have to travel Saturday. It installed real easy, (30ft lbs on one bolt).
Give me some feedback y'all
