Window regulator

A while back somebody posted about lubing our power window regulators, and what was the best lube. Now I can;t find the post. Does anyone remember what the best lube was?

'91 D-250 LE, Eng fuel pump mods; power screw in 3 turns, starwheel bottomed out, fuel cone turned for full fuel, timing adv 1/8". ISSPRO Tach, Boost, and Pryo; Autometer Fuel Pressure, and Trans Temp, ATS manifold, 16 cm turbo, ASA Modifieds intake, 4" exhaust.
