Put pump top back on, a couple questions
I changed the o ring on my throttle shaft and put the pump top back on today, I put the tapered AFC pin in in such a way that the pin visible on the underside of the pump goes in the furthest. Is this the desirable position for full fueling, or should I put it back how it was? Also, I couldn't get the top back on unless I backed off the full fuel screw a bunch of turns, then it went right on and I cranked the screw back in. That is normal because the lever that tightens against is spring loaded, right? Should I be doing any starwheel adjustments on a stock turbo, stock injector, 366 governor sprung truck? Thanks
