Help! Rag Joint Pic/diagram needed!

Damn, screwed up. When I pulled the old shaft to install a Borgeson 940 shaft. I failed to notice the rag joint/bolt/spacer clamp setup. Any pics/schematics on joint? Very confused at this point, thanks!
