New To TDR & Diesel Truck

I bought a 1993 LE 350 Dually club cab long bed w/snug top 118k miles 5spd Getreg.. Have already done the NV 4500 conversion all new joints and upgraded clutch assy. had spicer70 limited slip rear end gone thru ..new carrier bearings etc.... and manualls are on the way.. need a Good Tach.. and any help is most appreciated

.. as far as I can teel truck is stock except for after after market muffler not sure of the brand .. its square an BIG lol ... looks to be 3 1/2 " in an out .. what next ? thanks
