Where to get visor?

Who is the best manufacturer of the visors for over the windsheild? I have heard mixed reveiws about them in regards to ratteling, wipers not working etc. Does any one make these without those issues?

I think I want to get one of these. Who makes the best, most functional and where to get it. Does anyone make a style that goes around the factory clearance lights? Also, who makes the ones without clearance lights build in and does anyone make these with a airvent in the top so the air does not build up underneath? Thanks so much,
