What to do about front springs on 93 W250?

I hear Skyjacker springs won't work on 93's only because the bolts are 5/8 and the spring bushings have 1/2" holes? What to do now? My truck is pretty much on the bump stops. Would any good spring shop be able to make me a new set? I'm not rearching mine...
