driveline vibration

I've got a 93 W350, manual transmission just back on the road after a recab job. I also have a vibration that is haunting me and not the evident u joint etc. It happens in any gear I can get 60 mph. It starts about 58 mph and leaves about 62 mph. I checked the ujoints as I said and I can shake a little movement out of the driveshaft slip joint, but not excessive. Any ideas. Thanks.
