4inch downtube For 1st gen--Where can I get one?

I can't find any place that sells a 4inch downpipe for a first gen #@$%! . Am I stuck to fabricating, or is there a place I could just buy it? Also, what turbo/s do you guys recommend? No towing, just a daily driver.
