Speedo works, odometer doesn't

While on vacation this past week, I noticed the odometer quit working.

Speedo seems to be working just fine.

Drove for about 7.5 hrs pulling the trailer and used 20 gal. and the trip odometer still reads 000.0

Any ideas as how to fix this problem, because my mileage really went into the toilet.
