Getrag question

Ive got a 90 Getrag 5spd with 151,000 on it and I was asked last night if I wanted to sell it. Well being that the truck funds are low I said yes of coars and I would get back with him on a price. The thing is I dont know what they are going for and the guy is a friend and I dont want to rip him off, yet in the mean time not jip myself. As far as I know its a good tranny so if you guys could help me what would proably be a reasonable price to put on it?
