Need Spicer Carrier Part #

I will replace all the u-joints and the carrier, but have not a clue to the Spicer #

I feel a vibration come on at 45 and hold to 50 MPH. Probably the tires but the rubber that holds the carrier is all mushed out and rotten..........so I will replace.
