idle too high after pump adjustment
hey gang....I installed my ol' Smoky fuel pin, 4" exhaust and cranked the fuel screw in a couple turns, and the smoke screw down a few....wow !!! What have I been missing all along....holy smokes, (no pun intended), this thing works amazing now....fun to drive, sounds so much better...I was like a kid with a new toy...
only trouble is, even with the idle screw backed right out, it's idling a touch too high for my liking. Do I have the fuel screw in too far ? I guess I'll have to play with it.
EGT's are good, thanks to the big pipes, boost is up around 25lbs at WOT....seems to be working nice, makes a nice black cloud at a punch of the throttle....
poor old slushbox is gonna take a beating I'm afraid....
