Need Turbo Info / advise

I have a 92 Turbodiesel W-250. I just pulled the turbo off to loan to a buddy who has the same type truck. He's been out of work due to illness & is short on cash. At the moment I'm not driving mine

The turbo I had was a Holset H1C (Came stock) I also have a Holset WH1-E that I bought a few years ago at a garage sale. (literally, I bought a local shop that had gone out of business, shop equip. some tools & leftover stock of parts.) It looks new, or nearly so.
Any of you folks know if this thing might be something I'd want to fit to my truck? It differs in that it has a wastegate, and the exhaust outlet is 4" as opposed to 3" on the stock one. That's not a big issue as I was thinking of upgrading my exhaust system anyhow. My truck also has a Dr. Performance pump & injector upgrade - 208 dyno'd rear wheel horsepower.

Also, out of curiosity, anybody know what this turbo might have been used on. A guy who had worked there said he thought it came off the Boss's "90-sumthun" Dodge.
