Another Powerloss Question.

speaking of powerloss. is there anyway to make the idle stronger? bear with me now. i dont mean raise the rpm. i mean make it so when i let the clutch out, the motor dosent bogg down soo much. yall get where im coming from here. for example. on flat ground, 2nd gear, no load... ease off the clutch with no throttle, it drops to 500rpms or less. i dont remeber it being this bad when i first got the truck. the other day i was on a hill. 2nd gear, reved it up to 1100rpms or so, and let off the clutch, dropped to 300 rpms and nearly died, it barley cranked up tho and i layed into it to get her moving.

will the 366, cranking up the fuel, advancing the timing, etc. help me with this problem? even 1st gear dosent seen that strong anymore. you still cant go fast in it, but it still feels week. oh yea, and is it bad for the motor, or the trans/clutch if i start using 1st gear a lot more, just to get things roling? the guy i bought the truck from said dodge told him to use 1st as little as possible cause if he used it too much it would damage the tranny?
