park/neutral safety switch

my saftey switch is getting worn out. sometimes my truck won't start in park and I have to put it in neutral to start it. this happens about one out of ten starts. where is the switch at? how hard is it to get at? how much does it cost? etc. etc. any help and advice would be great. thanks in advance. copterdoc
