Can't Find info for front wheel balancing

My apologies for asking what I'm sure is a very old question, but I can't seem to find what I need to know. I'm certain it was somewhere on the TDR website before I joined, but since the June 1 makeover, I can't find the answer.

I have a friend with a '93 D-350 CTD who is having difficulty getting his front tires properly balanced. I seem to recall a while back (Pre-June) a suggestion that the 93 models almost had to have the tires balanced on the truck due to "a special lugnut" or some such. If anyone has a link to where I might find this info so that I may print it out for him, both of us would greatly appreciate it. I might even talk him into joining TDR if things work out.

Thanks Guys/Ladies for a truly great forum. I know there has to be few if not quite a few lady Dodge Cummins owners out there. BTW my wife has owned a Dakota P/U since before we ever met, and will eventually own a Ram CTD of her own one of these days.
