35's on my 92, how much lift?

Well, here goes, I'm out to put the set of 35's I have kicking around on my 92, the front springs are beat to death(V-Plow on top of the Cummins....) so I want to lift it some as I need to replace them anyway. But, on the other hand, I don't want to go any higher than I need to, as I am planning on buying a gooseneck and don't want to run into height issues there, and I will be plowing next winter.
So, what is the minimum amount of lift needed to comfortably clear 35's on my truck? Since I still haven't drug my 89 home yet(it has new stock springs) I have no clue what the front is supposed to sit like stock.
