Right Hand Drive Dodge Crew Cab

Last night I was watching "Junk Yard Wars" on TLC and saw a 1970s vintage Dodge Crew Cab with Right Hand Drive sitting in a British junkyard.

Has anyone ever seen a Dodge Truck with the steering wheel on the wrong side (without being in an accident

). Wouldn't that truck gets some attention here in the states !
