Not charging

One of my company 1992 trucks is not charging, the a/c quit working and the overdrive stopped working, all at once. We tried swapping the PCM with another of our trucks and that made no differences on either truck. Checked continuity of wires from the alternator to the PCM and they were fine.
Any suggestions? Maybe the key switch?
