93 cooling system full of oil. need oil cooler advice??

93 d250 four wheel drive. driving and heater quit. **** it off and oil was very low in engine but now antifreeze in engine. popped radiator cap, and its all full of oil. i presume its the oil cooler on the side of the block. should i replace with a new one, or replace with a used one, or try to reseal the original one and pressure test the system. also, where to get a new one if i need it, and what kinda seals and stuff do i need and where should i purchase them also. thanks so much in advance and have a good day.
